I suffer from debilitating arthritis and migraines... I have tried every cream on the market and refuse to take heavy pain killers. I could hardly walk at the time and had knee guards on both knees. My chilli pain sticks arrived quickly... my back stiffness in the morning is horrendous from too much gardening. I applied the pain stick an hour ago, all stiffness gone. More good feedback - I have 2 old bulged disks, I wear a back brace often. I covered my back in your chilli stick, got dressed and put on my brace. The heat sustained for OVER 7 HOURS... it was never too hot, it was heavenly ALL DAY wheras I have to re-apply all other products I use!!
